IFIP WITOR 2007 Sponsorship Policy and Guidelines

 Types of sponsors:

• Diamond Sponsor - €150.000
• Gold Sponsor - €100.000
• Silver Sponsor - €50.000
• Bronze Sponsor - €10.000
• Agate Sponsor - €1.000
• Ethiopia Pink Sponsor - €500
• Donors - any amount(these are individuals and organization who to support WITFOR financially without further business purposes)
• Supporter/ partner – no amount but, optional, services to WITFOR such as promotion, free advertising, etc. (these are institutional organizations and can also be sponsors)

Contributions in kind

Contributions in kind have to be valued and will be categorized in the list of sponsors as mentioned above. Guideline for valuation will be the market value. Example:

• Lunches and breaks
• Travel and accommodation of invited/keynote speakers
• Travel and accommodation of commission co-chairs
• Local transport services
• Sponsorship of delegates from developing countries
• Printing of brochures and other material
• Distribution of brochures and other material
• Souvenirs for speakers
• Conference facilities, such as complimentary IP phone, internet café, badges,….
• Video conferences
• Web-cost services

Agreement

Agreement will have to be signed with sponsors indicating cash and services given.

The name of the sponsors is announced only after these agreements have been signed. Donor’s names are published as soon as the donation is received.
