The WITFOR'2007 Commission on Ethical, Social and Legal Aspects Organizes four sessions in the 'Ethical, Social and Legal Aspects' parallel programme.
 
The themes of the sessions are:- 

* Ethical, social and legal implications: opportunities and challenges for developing countries. Under this general theme, two more specific topics will be addressed:

* Identity theft: new challenges for online communication and transactions

* MDG Gender portal (means to stimulate the use of Internet as a resource tool to enhance and empower participation of women in the attainment of the MDG's)

* The use of ICT in the judiciary
